Haunted Corn Maze

Looking for some ghoulish Halloween fun? If so, then the haunted Corn Maze at the Wasson Farm Market, 2534 Shingletown Road in State College, is the place to be! Ghosts and goblins galore will be spooking you October 10-11 and October 24-25 from 6:00-10:00 p.m. The maze opens at dark and will stay open until everyone has gone through. Admission is just $5 per person and benefits the Kids with Cancer and he Geisinger Children's Miracle Network. Also, October 10-11 will feature hayrides to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkin from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. There will also be delicious soup made by steam engine and apple butter during those times.

Summers' Martial Arts is holding a Kick-A-Thon November 8 at the Nittany Mall from 1:00-3:00 p.m. to benefit the Faith Centre of Bellefonte. Following a karate demonstration, each of the participants will complete at least 1000 various karate kicks during an hour to raise funds for the Faith Centre's holiday drive.
