The Center for the Performing Arts will present Russian Spirit, April 14, 2011 at 7:30 PM at Schwab Auditorium. Russian Spirit, performed by seven musicians selected from the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center’s roster of virtuosos, features two of those monumental composers along with a new voice—that of Lera Auerbach. Poetic, powerful, and deeply connected to her Russian heritage, Auerbach’s music continues the great tradition of her forbearers. Call (800) ARTS-TIX or check out The Center for the Performing Arts website for more information.
